Head of HR Data & Analytics - up to £100,000
Annapurna HR are recruiting for an organisation who are no.1 in their field of work. This organisation is on the lookout for a Head of HR Data & Analytics to join them at a phase of substantial HR transformation. This transformation will see this position rise to be a key role within function due to a culture change seeing HR data being key in all decision making.
One of the major responsibilities this role will have is being a credible Representative of HR data to its key stakeholders, building these relationships, and establishing this core stakeholder network. This role will be responsible for the management of a team ranging from 5-10 people.
The successful individual will be expected to have experience managing teams previously, ideally also having had experience building an HR Analytics function. A core understanding of BI will be required, however, it is essential that the individual entering this role has advanced capability of excel and exposure to visualisation tools. Experience working in a large, complex environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
