Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO

£50,000 - £60,000 PER ANNUM + EXTENSIVE BENEFITS



My client is a leading Professional Services Organisation based in Yorkshire and they have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to C-Level to join them for a permanent role.

This is an outstanding role for a high-potential EA to join a growing, exciting, award-winning business with an amazing culture.

Working for the CEO you will be exposed to working with Board Members, Investors and Key Stakeholders. You will be learning from an amazing CEO who has set-up a first-class organisation and you will be joining a business that really, truly values and invests in their people. This is a highly visible role with big expectations!

We are looking for somebody incredibly bright and switched on, who is able to support in projects and work in a professional manor. We definitely want somebody used to working in changing, fast-growth environments and you will get the opportunity to work on an increasing agenda.

This person will need to be experienced EA at Head of or C-Level, with deep expertise in Office applications, finance and diary management. I am less focused on industry experience, and will be more interested in what you have achieved.

You will ideally be someone who is looking for an international role. As there are offices in Germany, and plans to open more in Italy and Spain. This could be on a weekly or monthly basis but flexibility is essential in this opportunity. It would be extremely desirable if you are Bilingual, being able to speak German, Spanish or French!

Most importantly, the culture fit has got to be spot on. This business is relaxed yet corporate, with a smart-casual culture, but they are also very professional and at the top of their game with really high expectations. The company is focused on delivery not time at your desk, it is a really dynamic workforce and we are looking for somebody with an energetic and dynamic personality to match. You will be ambitious, with a can-do, 'roll up the sleeves' mentality with a desire not just to work hard but to have fun doing it.



The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing C-level executives at the same time, being able to adapt to their different working styles. The role entails:


* Providing full diary management coordinating internal and external meetings with clients, shareholders and other key contacts
* Extensive and complex travel (mainly international), accommodation & visa arrangements
* Arranging quarterly Board meetings and monthly Committee meetings
* Produce background research, presentations and briefs
Processing expenses & credit card reconciliation
Ad hoc administrative support to the team
Experience in financial services is a bonus.
