A global leader in Consumer Goods is looking for an experienced HR Director/Senior HRBP to head up their Poland/Baltics cluster, Reporting to the Regional HR Director.
The position is responsible for providing advice, coaching and operational support to the cluster/country leadership team on all aspects of HR delivery - particularly talent development, engagement and people management activities. With direction and support from the Regional HR Director, the HR Director is responsible for setting, communicating and delivering the Poland/Baltics HR priorities, ensuring that all HR plans are aligned with appropriate commercial drivers and business strategy. The HR Director should ensure that HR activities and leadership behaviours are aligned with the company culture and have a positive impact on employee engagement in the business.
The HR Director will assume joint responsibility (with the leadership team) for all people activities for the country commercial business units, including succession planning, recruitment, talent development, employee engagement/ relations and reward.
QUALIFICATIONS -University Degree and recognised HR qualification
EXPERIENCE - Minimum 5-7 years experience in Human Resources in a multi-national business with a strong reputation for talent development, preferably with exposure to commercial functions. Expereince working on projects across several European regions.
