Our client, a leading asset management firm, are looking for a strong and ambitious HR Business Partner to join their growing organisation.
Working as a strong team with a front office client group, this company is full of entrepreneurial forward thinking professionals that are wanting to grow and develop over the next few years. You will be involved with an array of generalist responsibilities including talent and development, recruitment, performance appraisals, answering general HR inquiries and dealing with grievances and disciplinary procedures. You will be working very closely with wealth managers and traders as part of a c300 strong front office client group.
What we are looking for
This amazing role is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual that has a positive can-do attitude and wants to develop their skills and career. The role is very hands on and they will need someone who will be able to hit the ground running. Someone with extrovert tendencies who has the gravitas and ability to interact with intellectual people on a daily basis would be ideal for this role. It would be beneficial if you have come from a financial services background with previous front office exposure, as well as having hands-on HR experience working on performance management/ L&D initiatives as they want develop and drive their aapproach to managing performance.
