Interim Senior HR Business Partner - c. £400 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a leading media firm on an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to support transformation in the HR function for an initial 3-month contract.
My client are undergoing significant changes across the organisation as they look too extensively change the way in which the business operates from a people perspective. In this role, you will be required to support a specific project focusing on a complete review of the terms and conditions for employees across the business.
These changes have required working heavily with trade unions over the past few months. They are now looking to start consultations with employees which, in this role, you will be required to lead.
To be successful, you will require the following experience:
- Large scale ER or IR experience
- Significant change/project experience
- Experience working with trade unions
- Previous experience working in a complex matrix environment
