My client, a top tier Consumer Goods company with a global footprint are looking for a commercially savvy and driven HR Manager for their team in Hampshire.
Reporting to the Senior HRBP for UK and Europe this role you will have HR generalist and recruitment responsibility for a range of business areas, covering the full employee lifecycle. This will includes coaching and mentoring line managers on talent and ER matters, deliver in-house training on the employee lifecycle and assist with and where appropriate lead HR projects.
I am looking for someone who loves to get the best out of people and to support the HR function and business in their current phase of change and transformation.
Skills / Qualifications
* At least 5 years progressive HR generalist experience
* Extensive and varied operational HR management experience including recruitment and restructuring, attraction and retention, employee relations
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior decision-makers
* Willing ness to roll sleeves up and be hands on when needed, as well as at a strategic level
