I am looking to speak to fun and delivery focused HR Professionals to work within a fast growing food and drinks business in the UK.
Appearing on more High Streets in London, and becoming the go-to place for food and drink lovers, my clients are looking for an HR professional who can understand their culture and support them to grow organically!
As HR Business Partner, you will be tasked with supporting the senior leadership team of highly engaging professionals, supporting them in developing their HR policies and working closely with the Head of HR for the group which owns the brand to align the businesses. It is crucial yet to ensure that the business keep their individual culture and values.
You will be managing around 40 locations, with a head office in Central London and a hot desking policy within the Groups Head office too.
Candidates from Retail and Hospitality would be ideal although some candidates from similar industries would be considered. It is ideal however, to understand the complexities of multisite, have experience in developing and conducting training as well as all other generalist capabilities.
My clients as a group are highly regarded within the UK and internationally and as a new brand which is part of the wider group, yet with its own offering and culture, they are expecting exponential growth.
