Annapurna HR are working in partnership with a highly successful legacy automotive business who are looking to recruit an ambitious and credible HR Business Partner.
As Regional HR Business Partner you will be supporting 10 ops managers across London, alongside a HR Advisor who reports into you. Your client group consists of 800 and you will be tasked with taking a lead with your stakeholders to support their businesses in growing, in training their staff with the end goal of reaching ambitious targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a multi-site role, where you have been supporting challenging and demanding stakeholders who have big regional teams. Candidates from Retail fit in particular well, however, if you can challenge senior stakeholders, develop credibility with operations, manage remote stakeholders and juggle a very fast paced environment, this may be the right role for you.
