My client, a small establishment in the Hospitality sector is looking for a Human Resources Manager in Staffordshire.

This role will have a key part to play in achieving the vision, working alongside operational managers to ensure all HR activities are carried out to the highest standard. Implementing a new HR strategy for the business, you will support the continued growth and success leading to their recognition as an Employer of Choice or Investor in People. With experience of the full range of operational HR matters, you will ensure the business is legally compliant in all its employment activities. You will also have a flair for internal communication and employee engagement linked to our new core values framework and employer brand.

CIPD qualified, you will have at least two years' HR experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment. You will not be afraid to tackle difficult issues head on whilst at the same time having empathy and understanding when needed. You must be able to work closely with operational managers, providing advice and constructive challenge.

This is a full time position which requires flexibility regarding hours of work, including evenings and weekends. They have a fantastic working environment together with the opportunity to make a real difference within the business.
