EMEA SENIOR RECRUITMENT MANAGER - UP TO £65,000 PA
Our client, a growing Tech organisation with a growing presence across the EMEA region is looking to recruit a Senior Recruiter with EMEA exposure to join their team in London.
Initially, this will be a standalone role, with a view for the successful candidate to build out and grow the recruitment function.
Core accountabilities:
* Manage full end to end of all recruitment processes
* Partner with the business to understand current and future hiring needs and develop the overall hiring strategy
* Control the EVP and overall brand strategy
* Utilise previous EMEA recruitment experience to design EMEA strategy for the business
* Understand external competition and deliver MI around this to the business.
Key requirements:
* 6+ years corporate recruitment experience, with knowledge of Workday and Salesforce recruitment.
* In-house recruitment experience across the EMEA regions is essential.
* Degree in related discipline preferential
* Ability to work autonomously and delivery focused output is essential
* Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Must be able to travel - 10% of the role
