UP TO 70K - ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT - LONDON
Our client, a leading FS business currently going through transformation is looking to recruit an Organisational Design and Development Consultant to join their team on a 9 month FTC.
The role will partner the business and the successful candidate will ask as an internal candidate, managing a number of projects at any one time.
The successful candidates will support the business areas with various projects and act as an internal project and programme manager to the business in L&D, Talent and Performance. The candidate will utilise business data and report their findings back to the business.
Candidate requirements:
* Ability to act effectively project manage a number of programmes at once.
* HR Consultancy experience or internal consulting experience essential.
* Ability to analyse high volumes of data and to identify trends and report findings back to the business.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
This is a 9 month fixed term contract and ideally they would like someone to start as soon as possible.
