LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER; 65-70K

We're working with a global insurance business, assisting them with their search for a Lead Learning and Development Manager to split their time between their offices in London and Essex.

They are looking for someone who will drive forward their L&D business, with the opportunity to redesign some of their global leadership and wider development programmes.

Key accountabilities:

* Lead on all Talent, Learning and Leadership programmes and partner the business to redesign these.
* Work with the business to create SME development programmes.
* Partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver bespoke programmes.
* Effectively communicate the offerings of the L&D team throughout the business.

Person requirements:

* Learning design and delivery experience is essential, ideally with FS background.
* CIPD Training and Development qualification advantageous
* Management experience is essential.
