HR Business Partner, Management Consulting, London, £65k
My client, a global professional services firm are currently going through a lot of growth. This has allowed a fantastic opportunity to arise and they are looking for a strong HR Business Partner to join their team and lead the London office with exposure to the EU. You will help drive the people plans whilst supporting senior Partners and the leadership team.
Ideally, they are looking for a strong driven individual with experience working in small and large matrixed environments. Providing full generalist support and working closely with senior execs in the UK and US, someone who has previous stakeholder management experience within a partnership model would be preferable. Other key skills they are looking for include:
* Recruitment (campus recruitment and developing relationships with universities)
* Employee relations
* Employee Engagement
* Languages - Italian (preference) or Spanish
