My client is looking for a strong HR Business Partner or senior HR advisor to join their organisation and partner an operations client group. The role will have responsibility for building relationships with the senior leadership team, gaining an understanding of the business and its needs and delivering HR BAU activities. The role will work as part of the wider HR team and will have the opportunity to progress and develop
The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Experience operating as an HR business partner within a fast pace, regulated, environment
- Ability to work in true partnership with the CoE's and Shared Service teams, to deliver calculated HR interventions to the business
