Interim Oracle HCM Reporting Lead - Manchester & London - £500 to 700 per day - 6 months
Our client are a FTSE 100 organisation and are looking for an interim Oracle HCM reporting lead to be based in their office in Manchester on a large transformation programme. Please note the location on this job will be flexible but main base will be Manchester.
As the HCM Cloud reporting lead you will play a central role in ensuring the people reporting requirements are met through the use of reporting tools contained within Oracle HCM. Through expert knowledge you will help to define and build custom reports that meet the needs of the business. You will work within a team of HCM Analysts and BI Specialists, supporting the wider team with a focus on payroll.
In ordered to be considered for this role you must possess the following:
* Recent experience of report development in Oracle HCM essential (preferably release 11 or later)
* Recent experience of Fusion / Oracle HCM project implementations
* Capable of creating complex BI Publisher data models (SQL) and the creation/amendment of BI Publisher templates
* Expert user of OBTI/OBTI-E & BI Publisher
* Capable of design BICs data/schema design
* Experience of XML & Java preferred
* Understanding and experience of advanced reporting functionality such as bursting and scheduled reports
* Experience creating role specific dashboards and Infolets in Oracle HCM
* Detailed understanding of the Fusion / HCM Cloud security model and it's application for reporting purposes
* Functional experience of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits and Compensation preferred
