Interim Resourcing Manager (Supply Chain & Commercial) - Hertfordshire - £300 to £350 p/d - 3 to 6 months initially
Our client are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join their team in Hertfordshire. You will need to have experience of recruiting across a variety of different fuctions and be used to managing a volume of vacancies at mid to senior level. This will be a fast paced and challenging environment.
In order to be considered for this role you must possess the following;
- Minimum of 3-5 years recruitment experience in-house
- Extensive experience recruiting across a range of functions ideally in a FMCG environment (from mid to director level)
- Extensive experience recruiting across supply chain and commercial functions
- Used to operating in a fast paced environment
- Senior stakeholder management experience up to and including director level
- Ideally managed a small team of recruiters before
