6 month temporary position as an Assistant Resourcing Advisor paying a band 3 salary for an NHS client.

Our NHS client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Resoucing Advisor in Crawley for a 6 month temporary position to start ASAP.

Your new role
Reporting to the Resourcing Advisor, you will be working in the HR Shared Service Centre and provide basic advice and guidance as required to employees and manager by answering the employee helpline. You will also be required to assist with all levels of recruitment within the trust. You will be providing administrative support and advice service to managers, staff and the general public and high quality recruitment policy and strategy. You will also effectively manage the pre-employment phase of recruitment with the support and collaboration of resourcing advisors.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to have experience within recruitment as well as possessing excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and committed to working with people.
