Job Details

Senior HR Administrator required for a 6 month contract for a business in Oldham paying up to £24,000

Your new role

As the Senior HR Administrator your role will consists of various different duties. You will sit within the shared service centre of the business with the HR Coordinators and you will oversee the HR Administrator. You will be the go to person for any HR administration queries. You will be required to provide the entire HR Administration process to the business as well as delivering expert advice on all lower level day to day queries.
These queries can relate to anything from grievance, disciplinary and policy queries. You will use your expert knowledge and the businesses policies to advise the best you can and escalate anything more complex to the advisory team.

You will also take a lead in dealing with an Subject Access Request that may come in to the business. You will oversee the gathering of this data ensuring that you are keeping inline with GDPR policies. as well as this duty you will also take a lead on the health surveillance. Ensuring that you are keeping track of who is due to attend / has been too their health assessment and health and safety checks etc

This role has a lot of responsibility and will require a high level of professionalism and knowledge and would be a great opportunity for somebody who has experience in all of the above to take a step up in their career.

What you'll need to succeed


* You will need to have previous experience is a fast paced, high pressured HR Administration role.
* You will have an expert knowledge on the entire HR process and you will have experience in delivering lower level HR advice on a wide range of HR queries.
* You will have a basic knowledge of ER case work and a sound knowledge of employment law.
* Experience of working in a HR team and experience of working to high pressure and tight deadlines is a must.
* An experience of dealing with Subject Access Request or a knowledge of Subject Access Requests would be high advantageous.
* CIPD lvl 5 or above would also be preferable but isn't essential.


This role is offered on a 6 month basis with the potential for extension and is paying a generous salary of up to £24,000 per annum.
