HR Manager for a growing organisation in Glasgow.

Your new company
A growing organisation with an excellent brand in the marketplace are seeking an HR Manager on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As HR Manager you will be responsible for a small team in HR and Payroll. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR including recruitment, budget management, providing advice and guidance across the business and ensure that the organisation are commercially focused and compliant. You will also be responsible for managing the payroll lifecycle for all UK employees.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will be working in a similar position with team management experience. You will have exposure to payroll and have an understanding of the payroll lifecycle. You will also ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 3, have an HR degree or strong experience in a similar role.
