Your new company
An international corporation is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on an interim fixed term basis to cover leave for an approximate period of 3 months. Based in Exeter, this company has offices throughout the UK and offers a competitive salary commensurate to your experience.
Your new role
Your new role will require you to interact with all key stakeholders in order to up-skill, train, coach & to resolve staff issues and maximise overall engagement. Working as part of the team you will provide HR & ER advice across recruitment and selection, workforce planning, change programmes and talent management. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships throughout the corporation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be confident, reliable, hardworking and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong customer service focus and exceptional influencing skills are a must. Experience working within a busy HR department is a given. You will possess extensive experience with employment legislation and codes of practice.
