Your new role
This HR Advisor opportunity will support their critical OD project and will be focused on creating new job profiles in detail to ensure they accurately reflect the roles they represent in the new structure. This will also involve job evaluation. you'll work closely with Managers and Stakeholders to ensure this project is delivered effectively and in a timely manner. Minimum 3 month assignment.

What you'll need to succeed

* Ideally you will have strong experience in civil service job evaluation and grading systems.
* Ideally you will an experienced interviewer
* Experience in writing job descriptions is essential
* Experience in stake holder management is essential
* Strong communication skills coupled with an collaborative approach is key
* Great eye for details is important
