An organisation in London are recruiting an HR and Systems Administrator on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone with great administrative experience with strong grasp of systems use. 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide efficient administrative and system support
  • Maintain record accuracy
  • Produce HR reports for use by the People Team
  • Contribute to the recruitment function, advertising roles and co-ordinating the interview process
  • Act as the first point of contact for any HRIS queries escalating issues where necessary
  • Support on various ad hoc HR projects

Qualifications/experience required

•    Strong administrative experience
•    Solid grasp of HR systems (Cascade preferable but not essential)
•    Ability to prioritize and deliver strong administrative support in a varied role
