Recruitment Manager - Early Years

A permanent Recruitment Manager focusing on Early Years recruitment. Based in central Birmingham.

Your new company
Our client, a large, global organisation based in central Birmingham are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Manager to focus on the early careers recruitment function.

Your new role
As Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for the management of the early careers function within the organisation. This will include graduate, apprenticeship and placement recruitment. You will develop and manage the implementation of recruitment campaign strategies. You will be responsible for resourcing planning, developing attraction plans, and designing and delivering assessment centres. You will manage a small team and be responsible for the achievement of key SLAs and KPIs.

What You'll Need To Succeed
This role requires an extremely proactive approach and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload. Previous experience as a Recruitment Manager with strong early years recruitment exposure is essential. A background within a large and complex organisation is also vital. You will have an innovative approach and have strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Get In Return
In return, you will receive a generous annual salary of up to £45,000 to £50,000 plus excellent benefits.
