Fantastic opportunity - Part Time Senior HR & OD Business Partner - Birmingham based - 18 month FTC

A forward thinking organisation based in Birmingham who at the the forefront of technological transformation. They are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner, who will work in partnership with a new and exciting business division. This is a part time role (0.5 FTE) and is an 18 month fixed term contract.

Your new role
As Senior HR Business Partner you will partner the divisional executive and leadership team, and develop the people strategy to support the operational business objectives and growth plans. You will be responsible developing HR and OD initiatives and lead change management programmes. Additionally you will be the key point of contact for all employee related matters.

Key focuses of the role will include organisational development, employee wellbeing and engagement, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment and talent management, organisational design and employee relations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a senior HR professional with strong experience of business partnering up to and including board level. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in the development of HR & OD strategies, operational HR management and leading change management projects. A background within an innovative and fast paced commercial organisation will be highly advantageous. Strong stakeholder engagement skills will be required and the ability to build effective working relationships with senior internal leaders and external organisations is essential.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of circa £55,000 (pro-rata) plus excellent benefits.
