Contract Type – Fixed Term 12 Months

Hours – Full time

Salary Band - Band HOS £60,119 to £64,505

We are looking for an experienced dynamic leader to join our team and lead the development and implementation of the Organisational Development Strategy with the ambition to achieve IIP accreditation.

We are seeking a strong organisational development professional with a proven track record of delivery, to work with the Chief Executive and the Leadership Team to deliver the organisational development strategy. You will be able to provide clear direction, inspire others and be resilient in the face of challenge.

This is an interim position to bring in capacity and to lead on key areas of organisational development.
