Your new company
You will be joining a well known, global charity organisation in their head office in Oxfordshire. The organisation are going through a period of change and have multiple OD projects happening. To support them in managing this change effectively, they are looking for a HR Business Partner who possesses exceptional generalist /operational HR skills along with experience in managing change and supporting on OD projects.
Your new role
You will work with senior managers and strategic leaders to support with job design projects, restructuring and will use your previous experience in OD to provide advice on best practice. You will be working with a range of stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met effectively. You will also be partnering with other colleagues within the HR function to support with complex matters and ensure current resources are maximised to full potential.
What you'll need to succeed
As mentioned, you will need to have both a strong HR Generalist background as well as exposure to OD, Projects and stakeholder management skills. As a HR Business Partner, you will have excellent people, communication and negotiation skills which will allow you to influence senior leaders and stakeholders within the business.

Currently, this is planned to be a temporary opportunity o 6 months, however, subject to performance and business needs there is the potential for an extension or even permanent opportunities in the future with this impressive employer.
