Your new role
An excellent job opportunity for a HR Manager/Head of HR, (6 Month FTC), you will report to the HR Director and have 5 direct reports into you, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing an HR team and supporting the team, with all hands on operational duties including: Managing any complex ER cases, managing any senior level recruitment and supporting the team with opportunities to coach and train managers on HR best practice.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Head of HR or HR Manager and must have managed a team and will ideally have worked in a fast-paced private sector organisation. You will ideally be qualified to at least level 5 of the CIPD or equivalent and will be available to start at the beginning of March.
