* A 6 month interim assignment for an experienced NHS Business Partner in Oxfordshire.

This opportunity is to join some of he nations hero's in the NHS to provide additional support to a department during what is a very busy and demanding time. This is why ideally, I am looking to speak to HR Business Partners who have worked previously within an NHS trust, who understand the complexity that can come with NHS terms and conditions, agenda for change and working in heavily unionised environment.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the division through effective management of workstreams, partnering with various key stakeholders to ensure both strategic and operational strategy is delivered in an effective manner. You will be expected to manage a complex portfolio of work and activities and quickly adjust to significant variations in workload. You will also manage external key partnerships with local CSU's and CCG's. Using your generalist background, you will also be able to confidently and professionally provide sound advice to managers throughout the trust on varying HR matters including employment law, employee relations and queries on contracts, t's and c's and pay.

What you'll need to succeed
A solid HR background, ideally within the NHS will ensure you can quickly be seen internally as a trusted advisor and expert within HR. Other skills which will absolutely be needed are strong leadership skills, negotiation and influencing ability. You must be someone who can handle change in workload and can quickly adjust and carry on.

What you'll get in return
This is a band 8a position and you will receive a salary in line with £45,753. There may be room for negotiation on this if you are currently working in the NHS on a higher grade/spineoint.
