HR Advisor

HR Advisor required to join a Manufacturing organisation to support the HR Manager on an initial 12 month

We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a fast paced Manufacturing and Engineering organisation in Eastleigh. You will be working with the HR Manager on a broad range of HR Activities supporting and coaching managers on a variety of HR and Employer relations. The focus of the role will be will be supporting managers on a variety of employer relations, HR advice and in particular performance management. As part of the role you will work with the HR Administrator in the provision of the transactional activities including checking payroll with the outsourced provider.

Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a background of commercial fast paced organisations, Manufacturing, Retail, commercial companies with high customer engagement and delivery. You will have solid experience of ER Case work - grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence, sickness and advising on flexible working requests. You will also have a background of handling HR transactional and working with HR Administrators.

Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable

This is initially a 12 months fixed contract but potential of longer term permanent
