Your new company
I have recently registered an exclusive HR Officer position located in Gateshead. This is an exciting organisation who is who has seen a period of growth in the company over the last year and more change on the arisen. An interesting 10 month temporary position to be part of change and support the company moving forward.
Your new role
* In your new role as HR Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with complex ER
* Provide guidance and support to managers on various topics: Absence Management / Sickness / Paternity & Maternity leave
* Ensuring occupational health of employees is monitored and any issues dealt
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects
* Assisting with training and development
* Working alongside the HR Manager providing support to multi - sites
* HR Administration duties
* Health & Safety
Overall HR Generalist position, you will be required to undertake tasks on your own and training others within HR for development.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience within an HR Officer / HR Advisor position
* Worked within a fast paced organisation
* Can demonstrate a clear understanding on Employment Law
* Dealt with Complex ER previously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent I.T. Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
