HR Business Partner

An opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a busy team partnering with a division

Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a solid HR generalist background to support a specialist division of a large public sector organisation.

Reporting to the Head of HR you will be Partnering 2 business units with a proactive and broad ranging HR services across the following :-


* Workforce Modernisation
* Complex ER Case work
* Workforce Planning & Resourcing
* Recruitment & Retention
* Performance Management
* Change
* Strategic Planning
* Coaching

Candidates

We are seeking immediately available HR Business Partners who have either a background of NHS or large scale complex unionised organisations. You will need to have previous HR Business Partnering experiences within complex organisations supporting divisional units with a full HR generalist remit.

MCIPD / Chartered CIPD / Level 7 ideally


This is initially a 3 months temporary contract via Hays
