Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Project Manager, who will join the HR Project Management team, to manage the delivery of multiple projects within the HR function. Projects will drive continuous improvement, respond to changes in legislation and deliver organisational change. In this role you will work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts across HR and corporate functions including IT, Finance and Compliance to scope, plan, implement and evaluate HR projects.
You will be a key member of the HR Shared Service operational management team and will have management responsibility for members of the HR PMO team. You will drive key project delivery within the HR Shared Service function and the wider HR function, ensuring key milestones are identified and achieved in a complex and changing environment, working with the wider HR community to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy.
In addition you will design change management approaches for projects, ensuring effective communication and engagement approaches are utilised, also analysing people data and clearly and concisely communicate key insights to HR colleagues and other stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a high potential HR generalist with practical understanding and experience of key HR processes and practices. You must have experience of delivering HR projects in central and operational teams and have experience of project management and HR processes in complex organisations. You will need to be data savvy with the ability to be able to analyse, interpret and report back key themes, making recommendations.
