Plan International strive to advance children’s rights and equality for girls all over the world.
Working together with children, young people, our supporters and partners, we're tackling the root causes of gender inequality and child poverty. We've been building powerful partnerships for over 80 years, and we're now active in more than 70 countries.
We are recruiting for this new role as we embark upon an exciting period of change and development both within our People and Culture team and the organisation. This role has been created to help us deliver the people and culture priorities for our new three year strategy and to create a culture at Plan International UK which enables our people and organisation to thrive.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our People and Culture Framework which sets out a roadmap for the changes we need to make to successfully achieve our new strategy. Central to this Framework will be a Diversity and Inclusion Plan to support the creation of a more inclusive culture and diversify our workforce. In addition, you will lead on reviewing our current approach to learning and development, induction and performance management, ensuring that these processes are aligned to meeting our people and organisational needs.
We are looking for an experienced learning and development practitioner with organisational development expertise and a proven track record in delivering positive cultural change, specifically in relation to diversity and inclusion.
You must be able to both think strategically and take a hands-on role in developing and leading projects. Key to success in this role will be your ability to work collaboratively at all levels and apply your creativity and specialist knowledge and expertise to deliver sustainable change.
