Do you have what it takes to lead the development of a people-centred culture, focusing on people and organisational strategies and building excellent employee relations through robust engagement and delivery? If so, you could be just what we’re looking for!

We’re looking to recruit a talented and experienced HR professional who believes in the importance of putting people first so that everyone can perform at their best and enjoy the great benefits of working for our soon-to-be merged college.

The merger is planned for August between Highbury College and Portsmouth College. It is proposed that this merger will create the City of Portsmouth College, a place to inspire learning and empower individuals, communities, and employers to grow and succeed.

We want our new Director of People Strategy and Organisational Development to be with us at the start of our journey and so if you are looking for your next move, now is the time to join us.

About Us

As we approach merger, our two colleges are harnessing their strengths to provide a single, clear identity. We offer excellent staff benefits including generous holidays and great on-site facilities.
