Your new role
My client is looking for an experienced Reward and Pensions professional to join their People Directorate and provide them with:

* Management of the reward team, comprising a Reward Officer, Pensions Officer, and Pensions & Benefits Administrator
* Implementation of a contribution related pay framework
* Support with the development and implementation of reward & pension strategies
* Management of annual pay review, benefits portfolio, and complex reward & pension projects

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for candidates who have:

* Proven experience leading a reward function - this isn't a development position, you'll need to hit the ground running
* Experience managing a team effectively and driving effective delivery of objectives
* Be familiar with, and confident using job evaluation schemes
* Excellent knowledge of pay markets, reward strategy, policy development and salary bench-marking
