HR Business Partner x 2

An exciting opportunity to join our progressive HR team as a Business Partner.

You will be responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational support to your assigned area of the organisation and may well be designated as lead for HR projects that span the organisation.

An experienced HR professional and strong influencer, the ideal candidate must be able to work flexibly and demonstrate commitment to achieving our objectives. 

You should be CIPD qualified with a Master's Degree in HR Management (or equivalent experience) with proven experience of working in a senior human resources or workforce role within a complex organisation.

 

Strategic Workforce Planner

An opportunity to shape a new role within the Trust and ensure our staffing model is fit for the future.

New funding has been provided to develop a Workforce Planning function within Oxford Health.  This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively with individuals across the Trust and across the wider Integrated Care System to create the processes which enable us to design, identify, plan and meet our workforce needs in the medium and long term. 

The work will include identification of current and future requirements as well as service and role redesign, linking with other HR teams team to ensure our recruitment, training, talent management and succession planning processes enable us to meet our plans.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and influencing skills as well as advanced use of excel and an ability to manage numbers.  The post holder will ideally have an expert level of knowledge in strategic workforce issues, including legislation, NHS policy and best practice and will be able to support and advise managers on implementing workforce changes.

 

HR Consultant | Policy Development

A unique opportunity to contribute to policy development in a newly created post.

The successful candidate will support the development of HR policies and local initiatives that will contribute to delivering the Trust’s HR strategy. The post-holder will provide a range of specialist advice and support on all elements of policy development, including proposing, developing and administering policies and schemes that support attraction and retention. You will need to demonstrate excellent understanding of best HR practice within the constraints of the NHS. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the Trust’s management & trade union Policy Group, consulting with union colleagues on a range of issues.

 

Flexible/Hybrid Working

We will be flexible and accommodate most hybrid working requests that are aligned to the business interest.

From time to time you will be required to work on our trust sites as the need arises.
