This is a varied and challenging in-house Talent Acquisition role. You will be joining a small, high performing TA Function delivering against the operational recruitment needs of the business. To be effective in this role you must have proven experience recruiting within the London Financial Services market where you will have sourced, attracted and hired talent at all levels.

The role will see you

* Working in partnership with senior stakeholders and hiring managers throughout their recruitment campaigns to ensure a high quality recruitment experience as well as a successful outcome.
* Using your experience and market knowledge to advise on where and how to source the best possible talent from a range of channels.
* Taking personal responsibility for managing high profile, senior and hard to fill roles interviewing, shortlisting, selecting candidates and championing "hidden gem" candidates/talent where appropriate.
* Managing internal recruitment processes and improving recruitment capabilities across the business so making it easier to recruit the talent the business needs.

You must enjoy the challenge of managing end to end Recruitment Campaigns within the financial services sector, have the ability to work well as a self managing/autonomous recruitment professional and enjoy the challenge of attracting and securing talent for those hard to fill vacancies.

It is essential that you are able to demonstrate proven experience and skills and capabilities as a Direct Sourcer with plenty of confidence working with LinkedIn and other Direct Sourcing channels.

It is a business that demands high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and you will be working in partnership with senior and qualified hiring managers. You will need strong communication, organisational and customer service skills if you are going to be the effective and influential business partner that the business needs you to be.

This is a blue chip organisation and a Recruitment Function with a strong reputation (both internally and externally) so you will have every chance to thrive and develop with the business. The role offers a remote working pattern, however you will be expected to visit offices in London on a fairly regular basis.

Salary - Up to £70000 + 20% bonus and benefits.
6 month FTC with an immediate start.
