Your new role
A business as usual role within the reward team, your key responsibilities will include:


* Delivery of reward strategy
* Conducting pay reviews, working heavily with data and spreadsheets
* Job evaluations, pay structures, performance management
* Develop incentive plans, management of employee benefits package

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will need:


* Extensive reward experience at management level - you will need to hit the ground running
* Excellent data management experience
* Experience with job evaluations, pay reviews, and strong knowledge of reward policy best practice

What you'll get in return
In addition to a competitive salary, you will be able to work on a remote basis with only occasional travel to the organisations office in London. The reward team are currently working from office once per fortnight, but this can be negotiated for the right candidate.
