Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this large, multisite business, to recruit an operational, project orientated HR Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a true 'generalist' Manager, to work in a multi-site business, leading a small team and partnering stakeholders to ensure a culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and engaged.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this diverse 'all-rounder' position, will see you drive the people agenda, lead on all HR focused projects, manage a team of Advisors and, act as a 'true business partner' to management across your sites.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks alternative and innovative methods to guide and advise, to ensure the business is understanding of different cultures, working practices and challenges.

Suitable applicants must possess considerable HR generalist and projects experience, with solid and up-to-date knowledge of employment law, ideally gained within a multi-site operation. You will be creative and pragmatic, possess a strong commercial acumen, have evidence of partnering to deliver business objectives and be a proven leader. Strong IT acumen and MI reporting skills are also essential.
