Your new company

This organisation is a prestigious employer within the educational industry, with regional hubs based all over the UK and Europe. Due to movement within the organisation, they are now looking for an experienced HR management to join their established team. The organisation's headcount is over 5,000, with your assigned client group being 200.

Your new role

This role is working at the heart of the organisation and leading best practice through your people strategies. You'll be managing a team of 2 (HR Business Partner and HR Administrator), in which you'll be responsible for their day to day management and career coaching. The client group you'll be working with are within the senior leadership team within all corporate functions, for example, marketing and finance. As well as the daily people operations, you will lead upon change and HR projects, in which you will strategize any change and be at the centre of the implementation. This is a full-time role, based in London, with working from home arrangements 2 days out of 5. Day to day you'll be responsible for operationally running a busy generalist HR department as well as designing and implementing HR strategies to the senior leadership team.

What you'll need to succeed

You would have worked as a HR Manager in a similar structure of organisation, reporting into the HR Director. Due to the nature of this organisation, your ability to be agile and lead with confidence is imperative. You'll be a firm and clear communicator, ensuring that all advise, and support given by the HR team is correct and supported by yourself.

* Higher education industry aligned preferential but not essential
* Experience of running projects such as, mergers and acquisitions, writing new policies and contracts
