Job Details
A truly global SME, providing leading telecommunications and internet services, is looking for an experienced Reward Lead to join them.
The Role:
This is a fully autonomous role, where you will have full ownership to design and implement the compensation strategy within the reward function. This is not a role for BAU activities. This role allows for full creativity to design an attractive reward strategy. You will educate the business on best reward practices and build remuneration packages.
Responsibilities:
* Build and develop global reward philosophy
* Design and implement share planes and incentives
* Partner with SLT and multiple areas of the business to educate on best reward practices
* Extensive merger and acquisition work as a result of vast growth through acquisition over the last few years
* Implement a performance-based reward programme and move the business away from a legacy-based programme
Experience:
* Worked within a global organisation
* Working knowledge of share planes and incentives
* Strong stakeholder management, with the confidence to push back and drive new strategies across a business
* In depth knowledge of reward strategies and compensation
