Your new company
You will be working for a leading multinational delivery organisation who work in partnership with some of the biggest names on the market.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide commercially focused HR and ER advice, guidance and coaching to managers and senior managers across the full employee lifecycle activities your area. Using key People Metrics such as attrition , absence and engagement data, the role will work alongside the HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Excellence to implement tactical and strategic initiatives that underpin the business and HR Strategies within an area of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualification or working towards
Full UK Driving licence
Ability to utilise data to add value the business
Project and business project experience
Ideally have worked in a unionised environment
