HR Business Partner - Logistics

Based: Midlands/Northampton with travel

£60,000 basic salary plus Car/Car Allowance, Bonus & benefits

Our FTSE client is a diverse, multi-site service organisation who is looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to lead the delivery of HR projects and initiatives across the Distribution Centres, acting as a Business Partner to Line Managers.

Reporting into the People Director, this is a challenging and interesting role, where you will be a key member of the leadership team, developing strong partnering relationships and responsible for the implementation of the people strategy ensuring the delivery of the business objectives and targets. You will also be responsible for supporting the Talent Management agenda within the division, driving the performance management agenda and succession planning programme across the business unit as well as delivering commercial HR solutions, which develops talent, enhances employee engagement and is able to support a changing and growing organisation. This is a role, which allows strategic input and the opportunity to add value to enhance and drive forward a high performing culture.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of delivering HR solutions at both an operational and strategic level, enabling continuous improvement, ideally for large, complex, multi-site logistics/supply chain businesses. Commercially astute with experience of change management, with emphasis on creating interventions to improve business performance, employee engagement and capability, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage the senior management team to ensure projects and initiatives are delivered. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.
