Human Resources team is currently working with one of our key clients who are looking to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner to join their regional team. The Regional HR Business Partner will report to a Head of HR, partner a multi site Operations team and manage a Regional HR Advisor.
The ideal Regional HR Business Partner will be an experienced HR generalist with strong interpersonal skills and proven relationship skills to partner with their key stakeholders. They will be able to work well as a team member and understand the value and role of the HR function.

The Regional HR Business Partner will:

* Develop the Regional People Plan and creation of an effective employee proposition
* Drive change and transformation projects required in the region and engage employees with the changes impacting them via a range of communication channels
* Provide support on organisational change such as TUPE, acquisition, restructure and redundancy
* Provide support to the Employee Relations team with resolving staffing issues and ensure a consistent approach to the management of said issues
* Advise line managers and staff on pay and terms and conditions queries
* Support the management team to fill vacancies in a timely manner and advise them on wider recruitment issues such as use of agencies etc.
* Work with management to ensure consistent application of resourcing policies
* Support line managers to meet expectations with regards to regular supervision and appraisal meetings with staff and promote an engaging culture and support them in tackling poor performance in line with policy and procedure

This job covers the North of the country so it will be home based and involve travel at least 2 days a week with some planned over night stays. The Head Office is in West Yorkshire for HR team meet ups, training and collaboration days.
