Established nearly over 10 years ago, this FinTech organisation have gone through some exciting phases, and now are looking for someone to join them on their next journey. Now FCA regulated and backed by a large well-known entity, they are on track to become market leaders of a cutting-edge industry.

Your new role

This is a newly created role due to growth and scale up plans. Reporting into the Head of People, you will play an imperative part in the growth, onboarding, and culture of this company.

Main responsibilities:


* End to end recruitment, with an average of 10-15 requisitions a month
* External stakeholder management, you will be the external face of the company by partnering with suppliers such as recruitment agencies
* Internal stakeholder management, this role will be playing a key part in the development of the leadership team, by coaching on interviewing skills and providing job market updates
* Strategise and implement ED&I values into the organisation, ensuring your resourcing, selection and onboarding is always inclusive and equitable
* Reporting and analysis on key talent acquisition metrics, including management of recruitment budget

What you'll need to succeed

Due to the nature of the role and the culture of the organisation, you will be a strong influencer with resilience. You will have experience of working with multiple stakeholders and have the knowledge of the UK job market.

This role is ideal for someone who strives to achieve success. Key things which you'll need to have:


* Ability to demonstrate direct resourcing strategies and hires with various sectors
* Experience of recruiting difficult to fill roles within technology and financial markets
* Desire to management recruitment end to end, including arranging interviews, extending offers and onboarding of new staff
* Ideally have a stable, permanent working history within talent acquisition with a mix of internal and agency background
* Data driven with strong presenting skills to make recommendations for improvement, backed by data
* Experience of direct hiring using ATS', job boards and LinkedIn recruiter
