Several Workforce opportunities - Junior through to Senior Project Manager posts. Full and part time options

Your new company
We are seeking to recruit several workforce specialists, who will ideally have experience in project management /working within workforce/talent/resourcing project environment. We're looking for candidates who have some good experience in areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, resourcing and can demonstrate agility and pace in working style, as the nature of consultancy work is they could be on different projects at any number of times, for different clients. The roles are offered on an initial 3-month temp contracts basis via Hays and may be extended with opportunities to apply for permanent roles.

* Facilitating, co-ordinating and managing a variety of resourcing initiatives and schemes
* Supporting in the delivery of workforce and resourcing projects and programmes

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking candidates for a range of levels from Workforce Project Support level through to Workforce Project Manager. Therefore, we are seeking candidates who have worked in either large scale public sector, NHS or similar complex larger scale commercial or consultancy organisations. Ideally candidates will have:

* Qualification in resourcing/recruitment/HR/ workforce planning/analysis membership of an appropriate HR/recruitment/project management
* Experience in workforce projects like workforce modelling, workforce planning, strategic resourcing, resource management, Workforce analysis, talent acquisition projects such as Graduate / apprentice schemes.

In terms of location, work would be agile working/remote. The clients have many offices across the South, so travel may be required very rarely for client work.
