As Interim Early Careers Recruiter you will manage the end to end recruitment process and graduate schemes/assessment centres.

What you'll need to succeed:
The successful candidate will have inhouse recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate where they have managed delivering across graduate programmes and delivering assessment centres. Experience within the financial services sector would be highly advantageous althought not essential.
