HR Business Partner, hybrid role based in Gloucestershire, 3-months FTC, up to £65,500 pro rata

Your new role

As a HRBP, you will need to work collaboratively with this organisation to achieve divisional objectives, through the ambitious design, delivery, and implementation of best people solutions. You will be providing expert Human Resources leadership; partnering and coaching senior leaders to effectively manage and transform services to enable the delivery of the best care for everyone. You will support and integrate with the organisation divisions working closely with the Divisional HR Adviser and Leadership and Organisational Development Specialist to support improvements to the organisation's performance and colleague experience. Main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

* Strategic Leadership, Planning and Workforce Sustainability
* Transformation and Organisational Change
* Workforce Resourcing, Pay and Reward
* Expert (Technical) Support
* Colleague Experience, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Human Rights
* Team Management

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you will likely have a master's degree or equivalent level of experience, Level 7 CIPD qualification, and relevant continuing professional development. You will also need at least 4 years of autonomous operational HR Experience and a record of successful management of complex organisational change. You will also need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong ability to lead, influence and negotiate at senior levels, a solution focused approach to problem-solving and relationship management. Ability to analyse complex information and workforce trends to identify key concerns and develop potential solutions is also important to the role.
