Your new role
In this newly created role you will:
* Review and understand compensation and benefits processes, policies, and practices at the Bank.
* Shape the strategy, design, and development of a Total Rewards program (including base salary, variable pay, bonuses, promotions), benefits, and recognition programs.
* Benchmark current provision and offer recommendations for adjustment / improvements.
* Create, Manage, and utilise a job evaluation system to evaluate and level jobs within the organisation and recommend improvements.
* Review and create benefits proposition to help improve the company's attraction and retention of talents.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience of working within an SME. You will be able to demonstrate experience in delivering the following:
* Proven track record in UK Compensation & Benefits with strong technical and data analytical skills to be able to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations.
* Experience of UK employment tax including P11D, etc
* Ability to analyse and interpret data, with a strong financial/commercial focus, but maintain the "big picture" view
