In this stand alone Interim Head of HR role, reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for both HR strategy and operations across c100 people, over 4 countries. Your role will be pivotal in driving change within the business. You will operate in a true generalist position, line managing 2 HR employees in country, working across recruitment, engagement, payroll, benefits, culture etc.

The successful candidate
The successful candidate will have proven HR experience of working in a technology business going through change where you can demonstrate working across both HR strategy and operations. You will have experience of supporting multiple countries as well as overseeing international payroll. You will have led culture change initiatives and be positive and pragmatic in your approach. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to a 6 month contract. For the right person this could become a permanent role. You will be able to work remotely in the UK.
